Keypad Controller for Copiers
The
HECON KCC-Net™ Controller works in conjunction with KCC-Net™ software.
All programming and maintenance is performed through the software, which
runs on Windows 95/98 and Windows NT. The software can be
programmed to automatically collect data at a specified date and time.
There are six levels of access and all fields can handle 10 digits,
contain over 65,000 copies and have individual limits. Each access
level can have its own administrator-defined name (e.g.,
"Account", "Department", "Client",
"Customer", "Matter", etc.) Over 3,500 records
can be maintained per controller; the number that can be maintained by the
software is limited only by the PC's memory and hard disk space.
The order in which the levels request data from a user is programmable per
copier so that the order may be different on one machine than another.
The user is also able to define the maximum number of records in each
level for each controller. Also included are:
 | programmable run limits that limit the number of copies that can be
made in a single run
 | maintenance limits that will alert the administrator when a
particular copier needs maintenance
 | an Auto-Access feature that (if activated) allows users to enter any
number to make copies, and automatically creates a corresponding
account
 | a system limit that will disable an account everywhere if the total
copies made for that account on all controllers exceeds the system
limit |
