The KCCDplus will count the number of masters and copies that are made for each user account number and store those for your review. One thousand (1000) accounts and 400 departments are included with user selectable copy limits. A duplicator becomes more cost effective as the ratio of copies to masters increases. To insure economical use of the duplicator, a minimum number of copies per master can be programmed into the unit. If a user makes less than the specified minimum, they can be locked out of future attempts to make copies. This feature is an option that can be selected by the key operator or administrator. As an alternative to the lockout feature, the key operator may choose to identify any user who makes less copies than the selected minimum and record how many times this occurred. The KCCDplus comes with a one year factory warranty.
